  • This refund policy applies to all services purchased through mykite.in via the Razorpay payment gateway. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

2. Non-refund items

  • Payment for the subscription plan is not refundable.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused according to the conditions below.
  • Return Conditions: No webinars or courses are organized
  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within [15 days] of the purchase date. Refund requests will not be considered or entertained after this period.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@amtdc.org with your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund through the Razorpay payment gateway.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used. For example, if a credit card was used, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank's processing times.

6. Partial Refunds

  • No partial refunds may be granted under any circumstances. The final refunded amount will be determined based on the conditions applicable and the specifics of your purchase.
